Summer 2026 Mini Makers Art Camp
We are SO excited to offer our Summer 2026 Mini Makers Art Camp for Kids!
We had so much fun at our previous camps and can’t wait for an AWESOME summer of creativity with your children.
Our summer camp is more than just wood projects. Each week is a new adventure, and your child will create at least one project each day using a variety of art forms. Our mini makers will bring home a functional piece every day that they can proudly display for years to come.

Weekly Camp Dates

Week 1: June 15–19 Create & Explore A hands-on week of creative discovery using a variety of materials and techniques.

Week 2: June 22–26 🧱 Build It Week (LEGO®-Inspired) Design, build, and create using structure, imagination, and mixed-media inspiration.

Week 3: July 6–10 🌊 Oceans & Animal Art Creative projects inspired by sea life, animals, textures, patterns, and the natural world.

Week 4: July 20–24 Inspired Creations Art sparked by imagination, color, design, and hands-on experimentation.

Week 5: August 3–7 ✨ Fantasy & Fairytale Creations Whimsical projects inspired by stories, imagination, and creative storytelling.
- Each week offers a unique mix of art techniques and projects. Specific projects may vary based on age, skill level, and creative flow.

Parent FAQ
What ages is this camp for?
Camp is designed for children ages 8 and up. Projects are adjusted to fit different skill levels.
How many projects will my child make?
Your child will complete at least one project each day and bring home all project on the last day of camp. (Some projects require overnight stay for drying)
Are snacks provided?
Yes! We provide a beverage and individual snack each day.
Is there a discount for siblings or multiple weeks?
Yes!
🎉 A 10% sibling or multi-week discount is automatically applied at checkout when multiple children or multiple weeks are added to your cart.
What should my child wear?
Please dress your child in clothes they can get messy. Art can be wonderfully unpredictable!
What if my child misses a day?
Due to advance planning and supply costs, no refunds are offered.
However, missed projects may be:

completed during a future Open Paint (within 8 weeks), or
-
picked up as a take-home kit, if appropriate.
Who can pick up my child?
Children will only be released to adults listed on the registration form. ID may be requested for safety.

- Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
- If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
- Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
- Add to Cart and checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.
Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
Guest Policy
Guest Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.
Wood
Wood
This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
